Our company started in 1975 as a sole proprietorship of G. Kallideris and through continuous evolution and development, it has reached its current modern, dynamic form. Along the way, there have been significant milestones that have established it as one of the leaders in the industry.

2025

Leader proceeded with the acquisition of “Ellinikes Farmes S.A.”, further strengthening its position in the food processing and distribution market, expanding its portfolio

2024

The company began the gradual replacement of its truck and vehicle fleet with electric ones, as part of its transition to more sustainable transportation

Majority acquisition of shares by the fund Diorama Investments II RAI, F S.C.A., exclusively managed by Deca Investments
